The host hotel for this event is the Legacy Hotel which is on the campus at IMG Academy.  We strongly advise you to book your accommodations at Legacy as they are offering a discounted room rate for our event and the hotel is walking distance to all activities we will be doing at IMG.  We will have a secure booking link available soon so please do not book yet until that is available.  There will be plenty of room availability for all.

When booking flights, you want to fly into Tampa, FL (TPA).  The Tampa airport is a 45 minute drive to IMG Academy and the Legacy Hotel.  You can choose to rent a car if you wish but we have partnered with a private car service, Driven, that you can book through.  Driven offers private transportation to and from the airport and IMG.  They are also available should you need to travel anywhere during your stay in Florida.

Ideally, we would want to have everyone arrive Friday, December 4.  We will have a player check-in and gear pickup in the hotel Friday evening from 6:00pm-9:00pm. 

For departing flights, we are aiming to have this event conclude by 1:00pm on Sunday, December 6 so that attendees can catch late afternoon flights back home.  Please book travel accordingly.
